Writer's Block: Forbidden Reading

From Judy Blume to V.C. Andrews, there's always a book circulating among teens that their parents don't want them to read. What favorite book did you have to hide from your parents?
My parents actually supplied me books that were not-very-appropriate.  When I was twelve, my mom got me the book "The Amityville Horror", followed by "Rosemary's Baby" and "Go ask Alice".   By the time I was in fifth grade, I was reading at a tenth grade level and my mom figured that no matter what she did, I'd read them anyway.  However, there was the "Sleeping Beauty"  erotica trilogy that I never let on that I'd read to my mom.   That is, until a friend of mine dropped off a copy that I'd loaned her and I found my mom reading it later that day.  What killed me, was when she asked for the next book in the series.

Thank God my mother didn't ever want to read my copies. The fact that she knew about them eventually was enough for me. Lol.
